UV Printing - Printing with UV hardened Inks
UV printing with UV hardened inks on desk materials brings new ways in production of products for advertising and sales promotion. By UV technology is possible to print on very atractive materials, which is possible to process on cutting and engraving table into original shapes. Thanks to these advantages you will get advertising product, that will attract your potential customers or business partners.
This advanced technology allows to print on all roll and board materials. High accuracy and instant curing offers precise color transitions, a photographic reproduction of skin tones and color, gradations of pastel tones. The presence of white ink allows print on materials of any color and on transparent materials as well.
Small details as text of 6 points size or bar codes can be printed. It is possible to print packaging, maps or business information leaflets.

In May 2009 we have exchanged a proven Durst RHO Pictor machine for a newer type Durst RHO 700, which has the following parameters:
- resolution of 600 dpi, printing width 205 cm, maximum material thickness 4 cm, maximum print speed of 50 m2/hour
- system of heads Quadro accompanied with Durst technology provides a high standard of quality. The advantage of Quadro technology is managing of printing of critical colors without loss of color intensity and brightness.
- UV technology ensures the accuracy and overlapping of the jets. With this refinement the printer achieves a high degree contour sharpness and small texts and prevents side "shoots" of the ink drops, then it is possible to print small details as text of 6 points size or bar codes
- allows print on all role materials as paper, foils of all kinds, banners, fabrics, etc., but mainly on board materials such as plastic board, acrylates, glass, wood, metals, ceramic plates, stone, cardboard with all sorts of surfaces and many others
Other advantages of Durst RHO 700:
- materials such as corrugated cardboard and cardboard are kept by bars, which prevent curling (raised) edges and stuck of the material inside the machine
- print width up to 205 cm
- presence of LC and LM allows print of finer transitions and bright colors
- anti-static bar that leads off statics of plastic materials
- dispenser for roll materials weighing up to 200 kg
- volume 30 pl of the printdrop is enabling precise, smoother and more efficient printing
- vacuum belt providing a shift of the media during printing is now divided into several individually controllable sections, so that by printing on materials, which do not reach the full print width of the machine, you can turn creating a vacuum only to the extent appropriate to width of the printed media
- minimum printable size on this machine is 29.7 cm x 42 cm, which is a standardized A3 format
Durst RHO 700 permits manufacturing of the following products:
- advertising boards for interiors and exteriors
- luxury presentation and decorative panels (glass, plexi, aluminum, wood, etc.)
- promotional and sales promotion stands and other P.O.P. / P.O.S. Products
- very impressive backlit prints on plexiglass for light advertising, on backlit foils and CLV paper
- posters into the interiors and exteriors of all kinds of purposes incl. posters to roll-ups, etc.
- very economical print on corrugated cardboard and cardboard (toppers, wraps, displays …)
- printing on special foils and production of special products such as disguise on the security gates in shops, various cards, etc.
